Chat Logs

The Log feature allows you to view detailed information for every interaction that occurs with your bot. Each log captures important events such as user queries, bot responses, AI model details, latency, and message flows.

By providing this detailed visibility, the logs help you identify issues, understand user behaviour, analyse performance, and optimize your bot to deliver more accurate and efficient responses.

You can view these logs from 2 sections:

Test Bot page: Click “View Logs” to see a chronological record of each message exchange while testing your bot.

Live Chat page: Click context menu > View logs to view real-time logs for ongoing or completed conversations with users.

These insights help you understand how your bot interprets queries, what responses are generated, and how tokens or Ai credits are being used, allowing you to optimized performance.

Note: The logs are stored for 90 days’ time period.
