With our new feature, you can effortlessly track the deliverability of every message you send across Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and SMS. Each message is marked with a unique icon, giving you real-time insights into its status:

• Sent: A single grey tick indicates the message has been sent.

• Delivered: A double grey tick shows that the message reached its destination.

• Seen: A double blue tick confirms that the recipient has viewed the message.

• Failed: A distinct icon signals any issues with message delivery.

This visibility allows you to monitor engagement and ensure effective communication with your audience.
