Pauses the conversation flow for a set amount of time before moving to the next action block. This is useful in campaign flows where you want to send follow-up messages after a specific waiting period.

You can choose between two delay types:

Relative - Waits for a defined duration from the moment the contact reaches this block.

  • Set the wait time in hours, or days.

Fixed - Pauses until a specific date and time is reached.

  • Select a date, set the exact hour and minute, and choose AM or PM.

  • Set the time-zone to ensure the delay triggers at the right local time.
