You can edit variable values in all closed chats. This allows your team to update or correct information even after the conversation has ended, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Steps:
- Open any Closed chat
- Click on the Edit icon next to the variable
- Enter the new value
- Click the Tick icon to save the updated value
