This menu comes under the live chat screen. It displays the categories in which the conversation is currently in. A conversation in ReplyCX is categorized in following status:
- Open - A conversation which is currently active and ongoing.
- Closed - A conversation which has already been complete in the past.

States in which the conversation can be open:
Open conversations can be in any of the following states:
- You – Conversations where the visitor is speaking with the agent, who is logged in.
- Assigned – Conversations that are currently undertaken either by bot / agent / team.
- Unassigned – Display all those conversations which do not have an owner associated with it.
