# Send Status

Track the status of your messages to better understand their progress. When you send a message via SMS or WhatsApp, it can fall into one of the following statuses:

• **Not Sent:**The message was not sent because the phone number is invalid.

• **Sent but Not Delivered:**The message was sent to a valid phone number but has not been delivered yet.

• **Delivered but Not Seen:** The message was delivered successfully but has not been viewed by the recipient.

• **Seen but Not Replied** *(WhatsApp only):* The message has been delivered and seen but the recipient has not replied.

You can view these statuses in real-time on your campaign dashboard under the "Message Status" section. Use this information to make data-driven decisions and improve engagement
