Send Template

Sends a WhatsApp template message.

Note: Available on WhatsApp Channel

You can now use the Send Template block in inbound bot to deliver rich template messages during ongoing chatbot conversations.

This Upgrade goes beyond basic formats like quick replies and lists, allowing to send rich media carousels, Image and text Combinations and other engaging message types, all seamlessly within the same conversation flow.

This provides greater flexibility to create more engaging and visually appealing experiences for your users.

Note:

• Make sure you have selected the phone number on the "Trigger" block to see the list of its approved templates.

• Only "Approved" templates will be listed in the dropdown

Send Template Variable Mapping

When using the “Send WhatsApp” block, you can view all the variables defined in your selected message template. You can update or remap these variables as needed before sending the campaign to ensure the correct data is used.

• In the Trigger block, select the WhatsApp number you want to use.

• Go to the Send template block and select your template.

• Scroll to the Variables Mapping section below the template preview.

• Map the variables according to your requirements.

• Send the Campaign.
