Create a contact record on your Zoho CRM.

Zoho CRM integration enables you to generate a new contact record by mapping the ReplyCX chatbot-collected information to the corresponding contact fields in your CRM account.

Connect your account:

Authorize access to connect your Zoho CRM account and select the desired account from the list.

Zoho's authorization will open in a new window, so ensure that pop-ups are not blocked.

Map the fields:

Map the Zoho CRM fields with the variables defined in the bot builder, ensuring that the values stored in ReplyCX variables align with the selected Zoho fields.

Define next steps:

Zoho CRM action block will have two outcomes - Success or Failure.

You can define the success and failure actions as per your need.
