Export Chats from Live Chat

You can now apply custom filters directly on the Live Chat screen and export the filtered chats with ease.

Steps to Export Chats:

1. Go to the Live Chat section in your dashboard.

2. Apply filters as needed to view specific chats based on your preferred criteria and conditions.

3. Once filters are applied, you’ll see the total number of chats displayed along with an Export button.

4. Click on the Export button to download the chats.

You will receive an email with the attached CSV file containing the exported chat details. The file can then be saved locally on your system for reference or reporting.
