This report section presents the deliverability and engagement metrics for all your outbound bot campaigns.
Review the results of each campaign to evaluate their effectiveness.
As a single outbound bot can contain a sequence of outbound messages as follow-ups, you can view all the action block names in the selected outbound bot here. The columns displayed are:
Total – Total number of contacts added to this campaign.
Delivered – Contacts who successfully received the message.
Sent – Contacts to whom the message was successfully sent.
Failed – Contacts who did not receive the message.
Seen – Contacts who viewed the message.
Replied – Contacts who responded to the message.
Clicked – Contacts who clicked a link within the message.
Hard bounce- Emails that failed to deliver due to permanent issues like invalid addresses. (Email Only).
Soft bounce- Emails that failed to deliver due to temporary issues like a full inbox or server error. (Email Only).
To see the contacts that failed, seen, or replied, simply click on the corresponding number link. You will be redirected to the contacts page, where the filtered list will be displayed.
You can click the download button to download a CSV file containing contact wise data.
