# Outbound Report

This report section presents the deliverability and engagement metrics for all your outbound bot campaigns.

Review the results of each campaign to evaluate their effectiveness.

As a single outbound bot can contain a sequence of outbound messages as follow-ups, you can view all the action block names in the selected outbound bot here. The columns displayed are:

* **Total** – Total number of contacts added to this campaign.
* **Delivered** – Contacts who successfully received the message.
* **Sent** – Contacts to whom the message was successfully sent.
* **Failed** – Contacts who did not receive the message.
* **Seen** – Contacts who viewed the message.
* **Replied** – Contacts who responded to the message.
* **Clicked** – Contacts who clicked a link within the message.
* **Hard bounce**- Emails that failed to deliver due to permanent issues like invalid addresses. (Email Only).
* **Soft bounce**- Emails that failed to deliver due to temporary issues like a full inbox or server error. (Email Only).

#### **Viewing Contacts:**

To see the contacts that failed, seen, or replied, simply click on the corresponding number link. You will be redirected to the contacts page, where the filtered list will be displayed.

#### **Exporting Data:**

You can click the download button to download a CSV file containing contact wise data.
