Close a conversation

A professional user/agent should conclude their conversation with a visitor when all queries have been satisfied. This serves to demonstrate that no further action is needed, thereby helping them navigate current engagements and prevent any potential misunderstandings from arising.
With this feature, users and agents have the ability to efficiently manage conversations they are assigned while keeping their workflows streamlined.
To keep chats efficient and engaging, all conversations will automatically close after 30 minutes.
Go to the Live Chat Section.
Under the Open section click on Unassigned.
Click on ‘Mark Done’ on the top right corner to close the conversation.
Option ‘Mark Done’ will be greyed out for all those conversations which are assigned to the bot
