To stay free from complaints, implement opt-out management, allowing users to subscribe or unsubscribe using designated keywords.

Step 1: Define the keywords.

  1. Navigate to Channels πŸ‘ͺ SMS πŸ‘ͺ Opt-out Management.
  2. Define keywords for users to opt in and opt out (e.g., "START" for subscription, "STOP" for un subscription).
  3. Set up default messages for both opt-in and opt-out actions.

Step 2: Enable opt-out management.

  1. Go to Channels > SMS > Configuration.
  2. Choose the number, and enable the configuration.

To see the opt-out list, go to Contact section πŸ‘ͺ Click on Columns πŸ‘ͺ Select Opt-out list.

Now you can view the list of the contacts who have opted out.
