Related / Past Conversations

These are the historical conversations that visitors had with the bot.

ReplyCX allows users to take a trip down the memory lane, providing them with access and review of past conversations between the bot and visitors. This invaluable collection offers precision insights into talking points.

By leveraging the visitor's previous conversations, support agents are equipped with a better understanding of their needs - enabling informed and efficient customer service.

The past conversations are available under the ‘Related Conversation’ tag in the ‘Live Chat’ screen.

  1. Go to the 'Live Chat' section. Click on 'Closed' to view the closed conversations.

  2. Click on the conversation to review the historic conversation.

  3. If the visitor is a known visitor, the details about the historic conversation will be visible under 'Related Conversation' on the right side of the screen.

  4. Click on the conversation to review its history.
