Collect File

Collects a file(s) from the visitor.

With File Upload blocks, you can effortlessly enable users to submit their documents and data in a multitude of formats.

Formats supported:

  • .pdf

  • .jpg

  • .png

  • .doc

  • .docx

  • .ppt

  • .xsl

  • .xlsx

  • .csv

Maximum size of the file supported is 10MB.

Maximum Number of uploads allowed is up to 10.

  1. Let's start by clicking on ‘+’ to add the action block.

  2. Search for the "File Upload" block and select it.

  3. Click on the 'File Upload 1' to configure the block.

  4. You can define the show message block that will appear to the visitor before collecting the file.

  5. Select the type of file format of your choice by checking the box near it.

  6. You can remove the file format by unchecking the box near it.

  7. Set the limit for file uploads with just one click on 'Drop down arrow'. You can select from three maximum sizes - 1 MB, 2 MB, or 5MB. 10MB is a great option if you need larger files to be supported.

  8. Click the "Drop down arrow" to customize how many times a visitor can upload files. You have three options: 1, 2 or 5…, etc., with 10 being the maximum size.
