Preffered Image Dimensions

When you build your chatbot, you are likely to make use of images to make your conversation intuitive and conversational.

Currently, you can add images on the following action blocks:

• Send message: 16:9, 4:5, 1:2

• Carousel: 16:9

• Image Carousel: 16:9

Note:

All images are clickable, so that you can view the full image on an overlay.

If you provide larger images, then the system will automatically cut and only show part of that image that fits the dimension.

Image size cannot exceed 5 MB.
