Manage Saved Replies

There are three actions that you can perform on saved replies:

  1. Create

  2. Modify

  3. Delete

Different ways of creating saved replies

With Reply CX, creating saved replies is a breeze. Users can easily create them in two simple ways:

  1. Through live chat screen

  2. Through settings tab

Create via live chat screen:

Step 1: Go to the 'Live Chat' screen.

Step 2: Click on 'Bookmark' to access the saved replies.

Step 3: Give the 'title' of your choice.

Step 4: Click on 'Create' to create a saved reply.

Create via settings tab:

Users can customize their daily workflow with tailored replies for maximum efficiency.

Step 1: Go to 'Settings -> Live Chat -> Saved Replies'.

Step 2: Click on 'Create Saved Reply' on the top right corner.

Step 3: Give 'title' & define the 'message or reply'.

Step 4: Click on 'Create' to confirm the action.

Modifying the saved replies:

With our intuitive platform, users can customize their saved replies at any time to ensure they are communicating the right message.

There are two ways in which users can modify the existing saved replies:

  1. Live chat screen

  2. Settings tab

Modify via live chat screen:

Step 1: Access the live chat screen.

Step 2: Join the conversation by clicking on ‘Join conversation’.

Step 3: Access saved replies either by typing ‘/’ in the chat space or clicking on ‘bookmark’ icon.

Step 4: ‘Hover’ over the saved reply that user would like to edit to see the edit options.

Step 5: Click on ‘Pencil’ icon to edit the title / message of the saved reply.

Step 6: Change or modify the title or message of the saved reply.

Step 7: Click on ‘Update’ to update the title or message of the saved reply.

Modify via settings tab:

Step 1: Go to 'Settings -> Live Chat -> Saved Replies'.

Step 2: Click on 'Edit' button against the saved reply that you wants to modify.

Step 3: Change or modify the title or message in the saved reply.

Step 4: Click on 'Update' to save the changes.

Delete saved replies:

Users have the flexibility to get rid of their saved replies if they find that it's no longer required. They can easily delete them at any time without having to worry about extra hassle.

There are two ways through which the users can delete saved replies:

  1. Live chat screen

  2. Settings tab

Delete via live chat screen:

Users also have the ability to delete the saved replies through the live chat screen. They can follow the steps below in-order to delete the saved replies they wish to delete:

Step 1: Access the live chat screen.

Step 2: Join the conversation by clicking on ‘Join conversation’.

Step 3: Access the saved replies either by typing '/ ' in chat space or clicking on ‘bookmark’ icon.

Step 4: ‘Hover’ over the saved reply that the user would like to delete to see the delete option.

Step 5: Click on the ‘Trash’ icon to delete the saved reply.

Step 6: Click on ‘Delete’ to delete the saved reply.

Delete via settings tab:

Step 1: Go to 'Settings -> Live Chat -> Saved replies'.

Step 2: Click on 'Remove' against the saved reply that you want to remove or delete.

Step 3: Click on 'Delete' to confirm the action.

Here's a suggestion for you!

Take the hassle out of managing your saved replies! Easily delete multiple ones at once with a few clicks - just select what you'd like to remove and hit 'Delete'.

Once deleted, the Saved Replies will not be recovered again and the user will have to create the reply all over again.
