Custom Answers

Replace AI-generated responses with your own custom answers.

Using AI to generate responses can sometimes result in accuracy or errors.

This typically occurs when

  1. Your knowledge base includes errors or duplicate entries.

  2. The prompts provided to the AI are not specific or concise.

To address this issue and ensure you always receive accurate responses, we have introduced Custom Answers.

Working of Custom Answers:

Step 1: Review the answers

First, you review all the questions users submit to the AI on the "Custom Answers" page.

  • Click on AI Studio -> Custom answers and view all questions asked to the AI.

  • Use the pre-built queues, 'Downvoted' and 'All,' to view all answers and the answers generated by the AI.

Step 2: Customize the answers

The questions you find incorrectly answered, just click on the 'Modify answer' button and override the answer.

Please ensure your response consists of a minimum of 100 characters.

Once saved, this question and the answer would be added to the knowledge base as a 'Text' source.

Ensure that you do not remove these automatically added text data sources.

Deleting them could lead to receiving incorrect answers.
